I wasn't expecting this to get this exciting this quickly, I was actually expecting to get my PVC aprons involved but after only two runs with my second chestie the sweaty hockey gear proved to be so intensely exciting that I didn't need to grab the aprons for this one. I had almost 4 minutes to relax rebreathing on run 1 and then from there on with the glove on run 2 lasting 3 minutes and then Run 3 and 4 with my chestie over my face and the gloves squeezing things tighter. Had a lot of fun on this high intensity session.
